The Power of online recruitment

HOLY FAMILY GREENVILLE

Three of the HSHS hospitals, St. Joseph’s Breese, St. Joseph’s Highland, and Holy Family Greenville had a need to recruit quality nurses for different disciplines in a short amount of time.

In order to meet this need, our team created a new way of thinking about recruitment and designed a viral campaign that was shareable and different, just like the hospitals.

THE POWER OF ONLINE RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

In order to recruit a new school of nurses, we utilized the current talent at each of the hospitals and designed the campaign around the things that they told us they love the most about working at the hospitals, along with what attracted them to those hospitals in the first place.

RICH MEDIA

The implementation of rich media in to this digital campaign gave the campaign the ability to bring an interactive aspect to the idea of recruiting. This concept resulted in high-performing ads with a 4.49% click-through rate over the 30-day campaign.

RETHINKING INTERVIEWS

In addition to utilizing static digital advertising for this campaign, we also integrated a fun video campaign alongside. These 10 second shorts presented the talent in a reactive way that was different and interactive for the prospective applicants who were served the advertisement and also on the landing pages.

WEB DESIGN

Fun, interactive landing pages were designed to not only gather information about the prospective hires, but to also educate those applicants on the capabilities of each hospital and what type of workplace they were applying to be a part of.

The idea of presenting these nurses through the exposure of their personalities translated beautifully in to a digital campaign that resulted in an excess of applicants for the available nursing positions.
